Public Alert: Do Not Consume Notice Lifted

Please be advised that the Do Not Consume (DNC) notice has been lifted for the Port area.

All water in the Port has been tested and is deemed safe for consumption.

If taps have not been used for some time please run the taps for 5 – 10 minutes prior to consuming water from them, this will ensure freshwater is being delivered to the taps.

The Do Not Consume (DNC) notice for Freshwater bunkering of ships on the following Berths is to remain in place until further notice:

Berth 49

Berth 49A

Berth 50

Berth 50A

Berth 51

Berth 51A

Berth 52

Berth 53

DPC & DCC will continue to monitor water quality for an unspecified period to ensure water quality remains in good status.
